You'll need a set of dumbbells and floor space, that's it. No need for gym membership. You'll do three strength training sessions per week for 12 weeks, each of which last between 30-50 minutes (depending on closely you follow the rest recommendations and how long it takes you to get to different equipment). Pushed for time? I get it. You can split the sessions however you need to fit with your busy lifestyle. The workouts are tough, but they're designed to increase alongside your fitness and strength.
