Hi, I'm so glad you decided to visit Venus Final Phase. I'm John Barban, the expert behind this training and nutrition program and I'd like to tell you more about what you can expect if you're ready to take the Final Phase.
First of all, please understand that this is far more than a step-by-step training schedule and nutrition plan (although it's certainly both of those!) I kind of thought that would go without saying. So, whilst a full 12-week workout system and fat loss plan are central to Final Phase, you get a whole lot more besides.
Final Phase is for you if you've completed the core Venus Factor Workout, read the 101 FAQ document and want to take things to the next level. I'm thinking that you're already lean (probably leaner than you've ever been in your adult life) and really happy with your Venus shape.
