I'm guessing you're ready for a new challenge! Phase 3 is not for you if you are a beginner or if you can't commit to 12 weeks of training, four to five days a week. The key to Phase 3 is that it's progressive. We have designed each module and each individual session to react synergistically with the program as a whole, factoring in periodization, recovery and rest periods. The sessions work as a whole to leave you with a camera-ready body at the end of the 12 week period. But you do need to give it your all. Make no mistake, Phase 3 will give you incredible results. And it is for you if you want to work hard for 12 weeks ahead of a vacation, photoshoot or special event.
